Unemployment Training

eVolve your future supports people who are facing redundancy, or who are already unemployed. We deliver government-funded services to help people identify transferable skills (through our Skills Health Check), move to a different role, or retrain for a new career.

eVolve your future works with the National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund on the Building Better Opportunities project to all individuals from a range of communities and backgrounds. We aim to improve their lives by providing support and guidance across three centres in Northamptonshire. To date the project has helped a range of people including; vulnerable, disadvantaged, young people and minority individuals promoting and providing a positive opportunity for their future.
